Workshops and interviews were conducted to revisit values and principles, leading to the creation of a simple framework. Alignment with leadership was achieved to secure buy-in on the Personio Code and its associated initiatives. This process involved preparing and facilitating communication and materials related to it.
Project Details
Revisited former Values & Principles and launched the Personio Code as the foundation for an authentic company culture. This involved integrating Core Values & Operating Principles into the company's, departments', and people's processes and actions.

End-to-end strategic ownership of the EVP development and creation of roll-out plan, partnering closely with the Head of People, CEO, and senior leadership. Guided all steps from research and executive workshops to creative copy development and internal buy-in.

Helped to develop Shapr3D’s employer value proposition end-to-end: from executive workshops, interviews, and employee survey analysis to a bold EVP framework, tone of voice, and copy for the new careers site, while steering external partners and creating activation plan across internal and external channels.
